Designed and currently leading the execution of a doctoral dissertation examining how people experiencing In Vitro Fertilization imagine their reproductive futures, and what anticipatory labor they perform to ensure these futures and their presentfuture wants and needs; conducting a multi-method study incorporating autoethnography, photovoice, and speculative methods.
I’m currently recruiting participants for Study 1 of my dissertation. This study aims to understand people’s experiences with IVF and how these experiences influence relationships, daily behaviors, and the ways we think about the future.
